What a wonderful place to spend a weekend! There is literally nothing negative to say about Niki’s gorgeous house. It is finished to the very highest standard, beautifully furnished with the every small detail carefully thought of. We were a group of 4 couples enjoying a weekend away and the house was absolutely the perfect location. Four huge bedrooms, each with en-suites, a lovely kitchen with every appliance you could need and a large lounge/dining room perfect for a large group to relax, eat and socialise. The real icing on the cake is the grounds, from the privacy of the front gates, the ample parking, the gorgeous gardens and the BBQ area, it is an idyllic setting.
The only downside to spending time in Niki’s house is that you eventually have to leave!! If there was a 6 star option, I’d select it!!

We had a fantastic stay at Cross Farmhouse for a family celebration. It was exactly as described and had an extremely well equipped kitchen to cater for our family celebration and we loved the outside seating area. All the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were sad to leave!

The perfect place for a long weekend with friends. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, en suite with each bedroom meant everyone had their own private space and the house in general just had everything we needed. We were all sad to leave, it was fantastic.

The most beautiful house, stunning garden with lovely furniture to relax on. Pretty bedrooms with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms all en-suite.
All really high end including the crockery and kitchenware.
Friendly owner who is very responsive and to top it all off we were greeted with a cream tea on arrival!

We were only here for 2 nights to attend a family wedding nearby – we would have loved to stay longer! The house is terrific.

A family birthday celebration weekend. The house and garden worked perfectly together with a lovely shaded patio by the bbq. The noon arrival and departure times really helped make it a relaxed time. It’s just a few easy miles into the New Forest. And we’d recommend the river side beach at Fordingbridge and sunday lunch at the Royal Oak pub North Gorley.

We had such a wonderful time at Niki, the sun was shining and Niki had an aircon unit set up which was a game charger in this heat. A wonderful host and definitely somewhere I would book again thank you!
