It was exactly as described and had an extremely well equipped kitchen to cater for our family celebration and we loved the outside seating area. All the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were sad to leave!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, en suite with each bedroom meant everyone had their own private space and the house in general just had everything we needed. We were all sad to leave, it was fantastic.

Pretty bedrooms with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms all en-suite.
All really high end including the crockery and kitchenware.
Friendly owner who is very responsive and to top it all off we were greeted with a cream tea on arrival!

The house and garden worked perfectly together with a lovely shaded patio by the bbq. The noon arrival and departure times really helped make it a relaxed time. It’s just a few easy miles into the New Forest. And we’d recommend the river side beach at Fordingbridge and sunday lunch at the Royal Oak pub North Gorley.

Perfect for friends, families and good for dogs.
The owner has given loads of information about both the house and also maps and info about the surrounding area, for eating out, walks and activities etc.
Only 25/30mins to the New Forest for lovely woodland walks.

It’s a beautiful house, garden and setting and there’s everything you need for a family get together. There’s great listings for things to do around the area, instructions are clear and it felt like Niki had considered every eventuality for her guests’ stay, including delicious scones on our arrival!
