Cross Farmhouse was an amazing getaway, everything was immaculate with plenty of space for our large group. Niki was very friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations on where to eat. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Wow! The most beautiful home away from home!!! We spent a lovely weekend in Niki’s place, it was a nice base for us to be in for lots of lovely walks exploring the New Forest! The home was absolutely spotless, it was very well equipped and the photos don’t do the house justice! The welcome cream tea was such a treat and the perfect start to a lovely birthday weekend spent with family. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen was a very high standard. We highly recommend Niki’s place!

We were four couples and 2 infants. Our stay was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful decor and the pristine cleanliness of the space. The host has truly thought of everything to make this a ‘home away from home.’ The location was perfect, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the communication was seamless. 10/10 would recommend—we can’t wait to come back.

What a find! Niki’s stunning home was the perfect escape for 4 couples and 2 dogs to see in the New Year together. We were initially drawn to it because of the 4 king size bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, so no having to toss a coin for the best bedroom! The whole house was beautifully presented (and very Christmasy!), with high quality fixtures and fittings, comfortable living and dining spaces, and a very well-appointed kitchen. It felt very homely and we had everything we needed. The secure parking and enclosed garden for the dogs were great too. Niki’s communication was excellent throughout and she responded within minutes when we couldn’t find a potato peeler or bottle opener!! (they were in a hidden drawer inside a drawer under the hob). The location is excellent and we enjoyed some short walks from the house and longer ones, a short drive away in the beautiful New Forest. Thank you for a fabulous stay Niki – we hope to return one day!! 🙂

Absolutely stunning house and grounds. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Niki is a brilliant host and she was very responsive to all of our messages. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas with our growing family. We would highly recommend.

Our stay at the farmhouse in the New Forest was truly special and the perfect place for our pre-Christmas family tradition. There were seven of us, plus a baby and our dogs, and the house worked brilliantly for everyone. The sweet treats on arrival were a lovely touch and immediately made us feel welcome. The early check-in and late check-out were amazing and made the whole weekend feel far more relaxed. Very grateful for the travel cot! The farmhouse was extremely comfortable and well thought out. The beds were comfy, the showers were incredible, and the fully equipped kitchen made catering for everyone easy. The secure garden was ideal for the dogs, and we loved being just a 15-minute walk from a garden centre with a gorgeous café. A wonderful stay and we are already planning our return!

An absolutely stunning house. Spacious, beautiful decorated, and tastefully modern, its a lovely place to stay. Very clean, with good amenities, a fantastic garden, in a very peaceful area on the edge of the New Forest. A good list with great recommendations for the local area, for restaurants, things to do, walks etc, was very helpful.

The house was even better than the photos, it was clean, tidy, had plenty of space for everyone was welcoming and warm. The house was in a great location and was easily accessible to many places that we visited as well as a good location for dog walks. The host was very helpful, polite and gave clear instructions around checking in, early check in time and late check out was also very helpful. We had an amazing time and have already discussed visiting the same house in the future, could not fault our stay at all and had a great time! Many thanks and look forward to maybe staying again! Also the complementary scones were a lovely touch and very kind.

A lovely few days spent celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our family. The 4 bedrooms were ideal for us, 6 adults a child and an infant. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, the lounge large and comfortable and the bedrooms suited our family unit perfectly.
